Floor Drain Service in NYC
Basement, laundry and garage drains — cleared, and kept clear on a schedule if you want.
A floor drain that backs up is rarely just the drain: it's telling you about the line beneath it — the house trap, the house drain, or the main sewer. We clear the drain, then check the line it feeds so the fix actually holds.
Dry, smelly floor drains are their own problem: an evaporated trap lets sewer gas straight into the building. Sometimes the fix is water and a trap primer; sometimes the trap is broken. We'll tell you which, honestly.
For laundries, boiler rooms and commercial basements, we offer scheduled maintenance so floor drains are cleared before the storm, not after the flood.
